Our 3 Stage Design Process

The Engineering design process requires more than expertise. It requires a thoughtful, iterative process. We follow a three phased approach. Learn

Exploration

This is the first phase of the design process after the need is identified.

This phase involves ideation and research into technology, competitors, and specialist fields. Finally, we select the best concept from all the potential solutions.

Development

The Development phase includes the construction of an Engineering Development Model (EDM). This model aims at representing a final product

The purpose of this phase is to acquire all the necessary knowledge to get the product into production.

Production

The purpose of this final step is to develop a manufacturing data pack. All the manufacturing methods, material sources, and costing projections should be included.
